Virginia Woolf, Orlando (via observando)
Today my favorite (not supposed to have favorites) kid was done class, I packed a lot and got my new living situation worked out (HOORAY) truly thankful for the wonderful friends that I have. I helped at vacation bible school again and it was great and we had eighty three kids and it was just pretty awesome. I went to see my friend Cecilia perform at a bar in bel air. I have not been to this place since break up time because ex man lives there- and works very very close to the bar I was going to. Though my logical brain had nothing to be worried about, I was shaking driving down Main Street and my heart almost jumped out of my rib cage when I realized the bar my girl was performing at was one of exs favorite places and it’s this weird hole in the wall place and whatever. I didn’t see him, this story doesn’t actually matter except to point out the fact that I am scared of something that’s not scary. I’m making monsters out of things that I don’t need to be afraid of, I should work on that.
